Artist's Comments  Just got into steampunk recently. Decided in 2009 I was going to try new things and this full frontal face deal i have not done in years as well as clothing (have rarely done any on anything.). Plus I have added mega detail and a background ( dont fall over, yes a background) This is my OC. Lyra. She is a Airship captain. She doesnt take any crap and is one of the last time travelers left. She never lets anyone get close to her. But the ships mechanic Gill has tangled his way into her heart. Whether she wants to admit it or not. I hope to do more like this in the future. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
